Sing Your Lungs Out

Sing Your Lungs Out is on Wednesdays at 10.00am, held at the Club Waimea Hall, in Richmond.

Led by an experienced musical director, our class is designed to cater to the unique needs of
individuals with respiratory conditions. Whether you’re a seasoned singer or just starting out,
our group welcomes all skill levels! No experiance or perfect voices necessary!! We foster
a supportive and encouraging atmosphere where everyone can shine. Learn specialised
breathing exercises that not only enhance your singing voice but also promote better
respiratory health.

Did you know that singing has such wonderful benefits?! These can include:

  • Improved breathing
  • Reduced Stress
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Improved mood
  • Improved quality of life!

No singing experience is necessary (and you don’t even have to be able to hold a tune!) It’s free, fun and social- meet others that also live with a respiratory condition.

The Sing Your Lungs Out class starts with a variety of breathing exercises. A musical director (and her wonderful guitar) then leads us through a variety of sheet music.

Tea and Coffee are also provided.

Timetable for all our classes is found here.
