For just $15 a year you will receive the latest information and research articles from the Asthma and Respiratory Foundation New Zealand.
- Specialised seated exercise classes for just $3 for members, $5 for non members. You will learn to improve the self management of your respiratory condition. Classes are taken by an instructor and you are also shown some relaxation skills to practice. These Better Breather Classes are held regularly in Richmond, Nelson and Motueka
- Free national and local newsletters
- Discounted prices on high quality allergy bedding e.g.pillow cases and mattress protectors to help reduce asthma triggers.
